🛠️ Order Processing Time

• All orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received.

• Standard processing time is 7–14 business days, though complex or high‑volume custom designs may require additional time.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

 

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Shipping is included in most of our product when shipped in the U.S. unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. We may need to reach out to confirm shipping and collect payment when ordering large/heavy products such as fire pits, equipment, ect.

• Local pickup or delivery between Seattle and Portland is included in the listed product pricing.

• If extra shipping is required, shipping payment must be made in full before items are shipped.                    Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer several domestic shipping options, including:

• Standard Ground Shipping

• Expedited Shipping

• Freight Shipping for oversized or heavy steel items

Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

 

🌍 International Shipping

• International shipping is available for select products, if arrangements are made before purchase.

• Rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

• Sparked Metal Works does not ship physical products internationally. We do offer an expanding collection of DXF files available for purchase.

 

🔧 Material Notes

All panels and steel products ship as bare steel unless otherwise stated or selected prior to adding to cart.

• Bare steel will naturally develop a unique rust patina over time.

• Customers may choose to paint or finish their items upon arrival.

• Powder coating is available upon request; contact us for a quote.

Shipping times may be affected by:

• Severe weather

• Carrier delays

• Supply chain disruptions

• Holidays

• High‑volume order periods

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed off to the carrier, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
